Jan was phenomenal! She understood exactly what I was looking for and was able to find me a home that fit all my needs and many of my wants. Once we found the house she was quick to get us a showing and encouraged me to put in an offer. With her guidance we were able to position ourselves strongly and beat out 8 other offers. Everything! I couldn't have gotten through without Jan. Her guidance, knowledge and support were incredible. She was there for me in every way. She had the networking to get the job done quickly, the knowledge and guidance with local service providers to enable me to get the mold issue in my house completed quickly, professionally and expertly. She always go back to me promptly when I had a question. Selling and downsizing can feel like a monumental task, but she made it a pleasurable experience. I can't say enough good things about her. I am so thankful.
